What is Bubby's Holiday Bag?
Bubby's Holiday Bag is a contest looking for stories that will fire-up the imagination of children ages 3-7 with holiday stories that may include gargoyles and shofars, sukkahs and spirits, honey and the moon, and so much more. Or, you can take a traditional holiday story (remember the tales of Ktonton?) and work your magic so that it sounds unique and exciting.

To the winner of our “Childrens’ story Finals” we offer a chance to get their story illustrated and published.
What are the Childrens’ story Finals?
We have three contests for childrens’ story per year, each one resulting with a First Place winner who wins a cash prize. At the end of the year, the three winning stories will automatically compete with one another. The winner of this competition gets his/her story illustrated and published for free!

The stories will be judged by Yaffa Ganz who has written over fifty books for Jewish children, including the classic Savta Simcha series, three books of essays on contemporary Jewish life and hundreds of articles in Jewish publications worldwide. Her books have been translated into French, German, Hebrew and Spanish and comprise a large section of today's Jewish juvenile bookshelf.
